What is MY ACCOUNT and how do I LOGIN?

My Account is a feature of PrairieCat that lets you manage your library account. To reach My Account you must first login by clicking on LOGIN in the upper right-hand corner of the main PrairieCat Search screen.

When you see this screen enter all 14-digits of your library card in the first box and your PIN in the third box. You should ignore the second box. Your PIN is the last 4-digits of your library card.

When you have logged-in, you will see your name at the top of the screen and MY ACCOUNT at the right-hand edge of the catalog.

In My Account you can:

• find a list of items you have checked out & when they are due back
• renew materials
• see a list of items you have placed on hold
• find out when your HOLDs will be removed from the HOLDS SHELF
• cancel holds
• check on fines
• notify us of a new email address
• change your PIN number
